Guest was traveling as: Family with young children
Good stuff: The staff allowed us to change room as sson as we signaled that the bathroom was dirty.
Bad stuff: The cleaning service is very faulty. The decor of the rooms is too old. The TV has only four channels and is too old. Catering service is also faulty (we found hairs in the croissants)
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: There are too many incongruences between what is promised as free services (access to leisure center, shuttle, breakfast) and what is then paid in reality (all the promised free facilities are expensive) .
