Good stuff: The facilities, the room itself , location
Bad stuff: We were informed that the checkout time is 11am which is not normal and no opportunity for a late checkout with out paying 12.5 pounds per person evry hour !!

Bad stuff: breakfast wasn't particularly good (continental); a friend said she left three phone messages for me, which I never received - as a result, we were not able to get together

Bad stuff: Internet did not work. Poor service. In terms of size one room was okay, the other was very small with no room for luggage or for walking a few steps. The rooms and bathrooms were clean.

Bad stuff: road noise, room rather cramped, poor choice at bar
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Size of rooms, limited choice at breakfast but very convenient location for my business trip - much cheaper than staying at the hotel in which my meeting was being held. Not sure if I could have got an evening meal in the hotel
