The Boka is a great place to stay in Earl's Court of you are looking for budget accommodation. We are located close to both the Earls Court Exhibition Centre and the tube station.

We provide basic bed and breakfast accommodation at a very reasonable price. No frills but we aim to make you stay with us as pleasant as is possible while not costing you anything like what you would pay at other establishments. The close by tube access means that you will be able to get around London once you are here with ease and when you want to come back, it make us very easy to find again. There are a number of pay to park car parks near the hotel. When you arrive we can guide you easily to these just ask.

Good stuff: location, price and staff

Bad stuff: cleanliness and facility e.g. TV, hot water, and provide more toilet paper

Overall: In general, Boka hotel is very convenient hotel with excellent location and staff. However it is not very clean but, as the price is quite reasonable, it is acceptable! I did have a good time with my friend. Thank you very much.

Good stuff: low price

Bad stuff: repair/change the furniture, put toilet paper in WCs, improve significantly the breakfast area

Overall: looks of the interior, specifically the rooms and the lounge

Good stuff: The bathroom in our room was pretty new and very clean

Bad stuff: Less furniture in the room, a new bathroom courtain, and some new paint on the walls of the room would help a lot

Overall: Old and dirty unnecessary furniture in the room, but towels and bed linen were clean. Breakfast was ok, but the cook was unfriendly. Very good location (walking distance to Underground ~ 1 block)

Good stuff: Clean rooms and friendly staff

Bad stuff: Painting and wallpaper..

Overall: We are a 60+ couple from Holland who stayed at the hotel for two nights to attend a Neil Diamond concert at Earls Court. The venue was just around the corner and very accessible. Nice, clean hotel end very friendly and helpfull staff. Very good price/value. Excellent breakfast :-) We are very pleased to have stayed at your accomodation and would certainly book again..

Bad stuff: my room was very unclean, I didn't even want to walk on my socks... the light on the ceiling was a.....bare bulb, the paper on the wall was torn down at places,I never saw a room -even a basic one so unclean in my whole life.

Good stuff: location

Bad stuff: dirty, bad service, dangerous state of repair in hallways, worse food.

Overall: The room I booked was in extremely poor decorative order, building alterations in progress. Appeared to be a social security B&B and was not what I expected when I booked.

Good stuff: No Toilet Paper

Good stuff: Staff were very friendly

Overall: The hotel was exactly as described. When I stay in a hotel I only want a place to sleep, wash and have sex in. If I go to London in the future I would certainly stay here again.

Good stuff: Cheap and good location

Bad stuff: Hostile and rude staff especially on check-out.

Good stuff: Nothing.

Bad stuff: Didn't have heating, bad cleaning, dameged windows
