Good stuff: Friendly, helpful staff. Good budget hotel.
Bad stuff: Noisy fellow residents - NOT the hotels fault... they soon sorted it out!
Overall: This is a great budget hotel. If you're looking for somewhere cheap in a really cool area of London, then this is ideal. Lots of improvement work going on there at the moment, but it didn't affect our stay at all. We're going back again in 2 weeks!!!

Good stuff: The accomodation was extremely good value for money. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was kept extremely clean, and i will certainly stop there again.
Bad stuff: The front of the Hotel is not particularly appealing. That should definitely be improved as it does not reflect the standard of the service and facilities within.
Overall: Staying at the Hotel was perfect, as our main aim was to do some sightseeing of Central London, and the Hotel was 2 minutes walk from Chalk Farm tube station. If you are just looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay i would thoroughly recommend it. Although the interior is dated, the staff are really friendly, and it is really clean. The rooms are simple but they do all have televisions and en-suite bathrooms, as well as kettles and clean towels. I will certainly be stopping there again.

Good stuff: I liked the easy going service and the brekky was great, it was very quiet too.
Bad stuff: the shower was broken
Overall: It was a good stay for a night, i think it was what i expected!

Good stuff: ideally situated next to underground and near all the camden venues for gigs and shopping.

Good stuff: It was very central and functional for our needs
Bad stuff: The room was unbearably hot, it was not possible to turn the radiator off and leaving the window open all night meant an extremely noisy and sleepless night. for this reason I would not stay at this hotel again.
Overall: As mentioned above the room (and the hotel generally) was extremely hot. There was no facility to turn the radiator off. When the window was open it was very very noisy, so a sleepless night. Not ideal considering we had an important event the next day.
In all other respects it was a good hotel, central, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast.
I would however not stay there again because of the noise and overheated rooms.
