Set in one of London's finest boroughs you are close to the most important buildings - Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and 10 minutes walk away from Buckingham Palace. A lovely spot to spend time - you can access riverside life - see the London Eye, enjoy the restaurants and coffee shops and still be close enough to pop in to Chelsea and Knightsbridge for some shopping and long lunches with friends and loved ones.

You will find that all our ensuite rooms are most inviting and charming with something of a home environment oozing out. Large comfortable beds, fluffy towels and a relaxed decor with soft lighting all help towards a good night's sleep and a place of peace for you to read, do some work or simply relax.

Good stuff: Good location, close to sights. Quiet at night. The little garden outside the window.

Bad stuff: Breakfast; where's the cheese and the wholewheat-bread? Why serve us when we can serve ourselves? Things in the room: Broken TV, broken lamp, safe not working.

Overall: The most important things with a hotel is: price, location, quiet at nighttime and clean beds and bathrooms. That was all OK at Caswell's.

Good stuff: Basic but very clean. Good breakfast and well served, quick and quiet. Room clean and tidy, but furniture worn and one drawer U/S. Staff very friendly and hapy to serve. Good location and close to Central London.

Bad stuff: Bigger TV Pls. Better Internet with a terminal for none laptop owners.

Overall: My Girlfiend and my self really enjoyed staying here. clean and tidy with good staff and so close to central London, you can walk to everywhere! Room was good but a bigger tv with a few more channels would be appreciated. Some people have complained about the small En-suite but I am 6 foot and 20 stone and I had no problems at all! If I was in London again I would stop at Caswell Hotel again.

Good stuff: Good location. Safe area all times. Good price. Friendly staff.

Bad stuff: Tired Structure, equipment and noisy inside and out. Poor breakfast.

Overall: Rough and ready, but friendly hotel. Handy central position. But a little too rough for us.Walking up the stairs to the shared toilet and down stairs for the shared shower was a pain, especially for wife. The slamming of doors in the night, coupled with noise from the street and badly fitted windows. Well noisy. But adequate for a few days but no longer.
