Good stuff: Room and public areas were good. In fact no significant complaints but one.

Bad stuff: Registering at the reception found that due to the groups 'office' having closed at 5pm on the Friday my internet booking made late on the Friday evening had not come through to the hotel. You have to be joking.a hotel whose support admin runs a 5 day week Monday to friday! This could have been difficult if we had not been able to produce a print out of our confirmation. Having to register between the reception desk and touch screens on the other side of the lobby was not ideal and in fact fairly off-putting.

Overall: Would use this hotel again, and would also consider staying in other hotels in the group around the world
