We are in a prime location, close to Victoria tube and main station. Our friendly staff pride themselves on making you feel at home and will take care of your needs in an efficient and polite manner. Just a 10 minute walk to the lovely Green Park with easy access to Piccadilly, Regent Street and Oxford Street for the eager shopper. Equally you are just 10 minutes down to the River - cross one of the bridges - Lambeth or Westminster Bridge and enjoy a wealth of delights along the embankment, starting with the London Eye, the Aquarium, Jubilee Gardens, Royal Festival Hall, galleries and the famous OXO Tower where you can enjoy a drink or meal and take in the sites along the River. You can see St Pauls Cathedral from this wonderful vantage point, the City in the evening the lights of London Town - fantastic!

Good stuff: Price, location

Bad stuff: No light in the toilet

Good stuff: I liked having breakfast with our stay.

Bad stuff: I didnt like our room with a shower which was a 1 unit shower with a sink and toilet. Can you imagine?

Bad stuff: My internet reservation through your sight had not been received by the Hotel.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Nice people,great location,could do some work on cleanliness.

Bad stuff: There was noone there when I went to check in for hours and no phone calls were answered - I ended going to stay in another hotel -

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: there was no private tiolet. the shower didn't work and didn't have a shower stall. the bed was unclean. I feel that i paid too much to stay there

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I had to ask for a towel, it wasn´t left in my room. However I asked to the person at reception and he gave me one immediately without problem any problem.
