Good stuff: Central location, clean and orderly,fantastic shower, useful 24hour reception, efficient maid service, helpful staff.
Bad stuff: Too hot in room despite adjusting thermostat.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Overall fantastic accomodation. Compact hotel with central location, v.close to Victoria underground. Hardly luxurious but had the essentials and was spotlessly clean. Recently refurbished and quality of interior was faultless.

Good stuff: Modern. Clean and appropriate for a one night stay.
Bad stuff: the position of the hotel means it is quite noisy (by a railway line). Not sure there is anything you can do about that though. I thought the address was a bit misleading also.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The only reason I wouldn't book it again is because it was difficult to sleep with the constant rumble of trains. Otherwise it was fine. I also bumped my head on the cupboard in the loo as there was very little space between the door and the sink unit. I think that the public areas were a little bit impersonal but breakfast was fine - although proper china cups would have been nicer than polystyrene for my morning coffee.
