Good stuff: The shower worked well.
Bad stuff: repairs. The bathroom door wouldn't shut and had a hole in it, wall paper had pieces ripped out.

Good stuff: When you arrived the reception staff were very freindly and out going. Made you feel welcome
Bad stuff: Tiles in the bathroom needed replacing. They were coming off and craacked. Very dangerous
Overall: We loved the friendly staff and room and hotel was very clean and respectable. The only problem was as stated above the dangerous tiles inthe room

Good stuff: the tea and biscuits. friendly staff. Giving us a better room as they mistakenly put my friend and I in a double bed.
Bad stuff: putting non smokers on a separate floor. I could smell cigarettes.
Overall: My sister lives one block away so I pretty much knew the area. I wanted to be on the same tube line as heathrow to make carrying my luggage easy. My luggage was too heavy to carry by myself but luckily there was a paid shuttle service to the airport which was great.

Good stuff: Air conditioning was available, friendly staff, drinks vending machine, hotel bar and lift access
Bad stuff: I thoroughly enjoyed the stay so I can think of no areas to improve on
Overall: Situated around 5 minutes walk away from Earl's Court tube station, with plenty of shops and takeaways/resteraunts available, parking nearby with confirmation of the hotel.
Room sufficient, not very spacious but cosy for the price, air conditioning was excellent throughout the hot weather period, opportunity to play Playstation games and access the internet or watch movies.
Nice view out of the window, tea coffee making facilites available, bathroom was great, complete with a bath and shower with towels provided. Alarm clock/phone for use of time and phone calls, hotel bar downstairs open to 11pm for drinks, and also a vending machine downstairs for a drink late night.
There was no noise coming from other rooms and my stay with my partner was pleasant, friendly staff, was asked in the morning whether we had a good nights sleep and whether we wanted a few hours in our room.
Overall a good 9 out of 10 stay, i highly recommend to anyone who is taking a weekend or overnight break

Good stuff: central location
Bad stuff: Unhelpful night time staff.
Overall: Overall stay was ok. Our pay tv channel wasnt working so we couldnt watch the film on channel 1 on any night. The night porter was un-helpful and said everything was working fine from where was and there was no offer to change our room. This really annoyed us.
