We have recently renovated and our bedrooms are styled to suit both business class and leisure guests. Good stuff: Although, from the outside, the hotel does not look much, the interior is adequate, clean and reasonably well furnished. It is minutes from Victoria coach tube and mainline stations. I asked for a quiet non smoking room which I got.
Bad stuff: Room was very small, but did contain shower, tv, tea/coffee and best of all a fan.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Although, from the outside, the hotel does not look much, the interior is adequate, clean and reasonably well furnished. The staff were friendly and efficient. It is minutes from Victoria coach, tube and mainline stations. I asked for a quiet non smoking room which I got, I think, at the expense of a view of any sort. We overlooked other hotel windows, but it did stop any vehicle noise as the hotel is on a busy road. Overall the accommodation was adequate for the price and area, but better can be found. I would stay there again but only if visiting the theatre in Victoria.

Good stuff: VERY CLEAN ROOMS, FRIENDLY STAFF AND EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR THE COACH STATION AND THE UNDERGROUND.
Bad stuff: SKY TV.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: VERY CLEAN ROOMS, FRIENDLY STAFF AND EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR THE COACH STATION AND THE UNDERGROUND. BREAKFAST VERY GOOD. IS A VERY GOOD BASE FOR SOMEONE COMING TO LONDON FOR A LONG WEEKEND STAY.

Good stuff: Very convenient for our particular needs...we could walk did not have to use underground.The breakfast was great and all the staff was very accomodating.
Bad stuff: The room was adequate but too small.The TV was too small and placed too high up for comfortable viewing
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: We use Comfort Inns whenever possible in Canada so we were very disappointed in this one.The room was about half the size of any other Comfort Inn we have stayed in and more than double the price.We felt we had been misled into thinking we would be staying in similar accomodations to all the other Comfort Inns but it was not.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, location excellant and the use of the left luggage facility was very good.Breakfast was very good.

Bad stuff: The room have no window to the street
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I would like to know before I booked the accomodation witch are the floor of the room, because I don't want to stay again in the floor 0
