Good stuff: locality
Bad stuff: poor quality of beds / electrics poor/bathroom moldy and smelly/ no hangers/
Overall: staff were pleasant but not overly attentive, had to ask for clean towels, bed base broke and was fixed with cardboard and said bed would be replaced when they could get one but wasnt while we were there. Breakfast was very basic toast and or cereal every day. Toilet was leaking but was fixed staright away but decor was poor throughout. With a little money spent on it it would be easy to improve a 100%. Locality was good for what we needed

Good stuff: It was very close to the seminar I was attending
Bad stuff: the hotel need totally updating
Overall: When breakfast is included it should state if its only cereal. The shower water was cold in the evening. I will not stay again would have liked to have known before staying how shabby the hotel was.

Good stuff: Nearby transportation
Bad stuff: Just about all.
Overall: Our towels were not changed even though we had them on the floor indicating they had been used. Bed was sloppily made. Only soaking wet bathroom tissue on arrival. Very inadequate breakfast from any we have had anywhere in Sweden, Norway and an earlier stay in England. TV did not work. Young man serving breakfast the fist day was very cordial. Second day no one was around.

Good stuff: Central location. Plenty of hot water. Clean bedding. Quiet.
Bad stuff: The monotony of the poor breakfasts.
Overall: Don't look for luxury. Good for short stay if you do not require outstanding service.

Good stuff: Fantastic location, absolute bargain, great facilities, perfect!
Bad stuff: Nothing we didn't like - it was a fantastic holiday!
Overall: The hotel was literally 2 minutes walk from the Holborn underground station, right in the heart of central London, and just a 1 minute walk from the British museum. We had our own key so we could come and go as we pleased. We had our own bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and a TV in our bedroom, which also had a wash basin, a heater and a fan. The breakfast was simple - cereal and toast - but you could eat as much as you liked. Free tea, coffee and water all the time. Pizza hut, McDonalds, Sainsburys and lots of other restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay for a young couple: an absolute bargain.

Good stuff: It is in an excellent location for local transport.
Overall: The accomodation was cheap and basic, but had a cosy, friendly atmosphere. It was also clean, which I find important!I had worried about sharing a bathroom, but unnecessarily so as the facilities were of a high standard and were also regularly well cleaned. It was in a nice, quiet area and yet within two minutes walking distance of Holborn Underground station (Central Line), just one tube stop away from Leicester Square.Staff were friendly and accomodating - had absolutely no problems!

Good stuff: Location is excellent, service is good but the equipment is very poor.
Bad stuff: Equipment in Cosmo Hotel is old and poor.
Overall: Location first: hotel should be near the city center and quiet. Then of cause the price should be acceptable.

Bad stuff: dirty, no toilet paper in morning, blocked sink in room
Overall: The bathroom was filthy. I never used the shower and it was filled with other guests hair and pubic hair. Discusting. I stayed one night and then went to find the Hilton. Your online booking process was very good, but the quality of the hotel was terrible.
