Located just 200m North of Hyde Park and a further but still short walk from Lancaster Gate tube. Also we are only 600m from Paddington Station.

A great location for a great price. We are excellent value for money for budget holiday and business travellers alike. The compact rooms here are always clean. The beds are comfortable. We are happy to offer guests breakfast. The full English option is a favourite among our guests.

We are a good choice for those who want to discover what London is really like. For example, just across the road is the historic grade 2 listed building which is the Mitre pub, dating from 1850. Also just a little further down the road is The Swan Inn. This is where the French gentleman highwayman Claude Duval is said to have had his last drink before he was executed on 21 January 1670.

The history of the old taverns await you. There are also a number of cafes and other places to eat locally.

If you are wishing to visit Oxford Street, the start of it is just 15 minutes walk away at the Marble Arch. It is a strait walk to the East down Bayswater Road. So we are well located for a shopping frenzy.
