Fairway is a cosy family run bed and breakfast just 2 mins walk from Kings Cross Station. Perfect for the business or leisure visitor. High standard of accommodation with a friendly and welcoming service makes this a most pleasant place to stay in London.

Centrally placed close to Kings Cross Station our lovely b&b offers a warm home from home environment with relaxing rooms. Very affordable with a good variety of pubs and restaurants close by. We have a selection of economy and en-suite rooms, all of which have TV, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities and include a traditional English Breakfast.

Visiting on business then you are within easy access to the City by taxi or tube. Here on leisure and pleasure then you have a wealth of choices at your fingertips. The West End offers some of the best theatre entertainment in the world, Piccadilly has the world famous Fortnum and Mason store with its wonderful televised Ballets playing in its street shop windows, art galleries and fine coffee shops. Knighstbridge houses the amazing Harrods and Harvey Nichols and further across you will find Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square where you can simply take in the street life, drink tea and watch the world go by.

Cancellation Policy

Good stuff: Near Underground, helpful staff. Clean room.

Bad stuff: Short breakfast time. Should have been open to at least 10 a.m during weekends. No remote control to the Television (only BBC).

Bad stuff: carpet not as clean as it might have been and under beds not cleaned also shower not fixed properly

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Excellent valiu for money and no copmplaints that would prevent me from booing again

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The actual room was very small for 4 people ( I had booked a quad ensuite). Photos of the acutal room must be put up on your website.

Good stuff: The room was clean and there wasn't very noise at night.

Bad stuff: The bed wasn't very comfortable. The staff not very friendly.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The hotel is good and very clean, but excepting once person, the staff was not very friendly. They didn't warn that in a triple ensuit there's a double bed to share and not three single ones. Besides, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to have breakfast because the dinning room was too small.

Good stuff: Close to underground stations.

Bad stuff: The brekfast was rather limited.
