Our family welcomes you to our lovely home from home. We pride ourselves on making sure you have a pleasant, relaxing stay with us. All our en-suite rooms have been decorated in quiet shades. Your rooms are well equipped with satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities. A Full English Breakfast served in our dining room ready to set you up for the day.

Being close to Paddington gives you quick and easy access to the express train to Heathrow which only takes 15 minutes if you are off to some faraway place. Or why not stay in town and explore the many treasures of London. Close by we have the amazing expanse of Hyde Park. There you can get wonderful walks, liquid refreshments, Italian gardens overlooking the lake, a gallery, boat hire and a choice of sports activities for the more lively.

At the far end of Hyde Park is the amazing Kensington Palace. Also if you exit the park south you will find Royal Albert Hall where you can take a day tour, have lunch and then visit the museums. Science museum, Natural History Museum and Victoria and Albert are about 30 minutes walk strait across the park. This short walk puts you near to Knightsbridge. So why not pop in to Harrods and Harvey Nicks.

If you prefer the West End - Oxford Street is close by leading to days and days of delights in Leicester Square, Covent Garden and theatreland. Live entertainment and coffee houses and chocolate shops!

Good stuff: the (english) breakfast was very good. The neighbourhood also. Paddington around the corner, a good pub as well.
Bad stuff: perhaps elevators? we had a room on the 4th floor...
Overall: I would like to have known in what floor the room was.

Bad stuff: Window was leaking. Breakfast staff were not very helpful/pleasant.Had to stand in rain for 10 min. waiting to be letin.
Overall: Rooms we had were in a poor state of repair Linen was clean. Breakfast nearly cold.
