Bad stuff: The hotel was in general very good. Our room, which was 209 had a large and very noisy extractor fan outside our window, the noise in the early evening drowned out the tv. The most annoying part was to be woken at 7am by the noise again, to be woken at that time on a Sunday morning was not acceptable, had we been staying another night we would have asked for another room or a full refund. We stay in London several times a year and would consider staying with you again if you were willing to discount our next stay and guarantee we would not have such a room again.

Overall: A friendly Hotel that is ideal for shopping and night life.
