On arrival you will be offered a warm welcome from our friendly and helpful staff. Our hospitality and truly personal service will ensure you feel at home and relaxed. We have 25 bright, comfortable guest rooms. All of our rooms are tastefully decorated and are equipped with the essentials needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Our guest house is situated close to some of the capitals most popular attractions, and travel around the city is made easy with the fantastic public transport network. Earls Court station is within walking distance and this provides easy access to Heathrow airport, the major stations and the whole of London.

You will be able to enjoy the beautiful Kensington Gardens during your time here, where you can take a leisurely walk through the park, have a picnic and maybe take a tour of Kensington Palace where a number of Royals have resided over the years. London's lively West End is brimming with Theatres and shows, exciting bars and clubs, as well as restaurants catering for every taste.

With such a vast array of attractions, this city really is a haven for sight-seeing and tourists and our friendly bed and breakfast is just the perfect place to make your base whilst exploring everything London has to offer.

Good stuff: Price

Bad stuff: faulty heating, unsteady bed, too many stairs

Overall: ok as a cheap single room with ensuite. I quite enjoyed the satellite music channel. The fact that the heater control was broken combined with the high level it was set to - made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. My bed also had faulty springs - this meant that with a slight shifting of weight one would almost roll off the bed onto the floor. I also didn't like the fact that I had to deposit and collect my key from the front desk every(!) time I wished to leave the premises. Hotel had quite a good location though. Bathroom seemed quite scummy.
