Charming country house restored with love and care with a special reputation for hosting musical events, banquets and weddings. Our delightfully decorated rooms are all en-suite and equipped with TV, direct dial phone, complimentary tea tray and business services such as copying, faxing and typing are also available. The house was formerly the home of W S Gilbert of Gilbert and Sullivan and sits in 40 acres of beautiful gardens and woods.

We are proud to present our D'Oyly Carte Menu in our restaurant where you might enjoy a delicious meal made with creativity and care by our very own chef. Wonderful wines to accompany fine food are also available. The restaurant overlooks the crocket lawn and of course you are very welcome to walk off your meal in our gardens and wooded area.
