Good stuff: Decor; staff; having a leisure centre which the others round about don't; fridge; iron & ironing board rather than having to ask for one; standard of bathroom and range of toiletries provided; air con; very convenient location; much higher standard of accommodation than other nearby alternatives (I have also stayed in a number of them).
Bad stuff: Nothing.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I had stayed at the hotel before so I knew all about it anyway but the information provided via the website and at time of booking was spot on. Everything was very straightforward and when I got to the hotel and all during my stay everything went smoothly, staff great, hotel lovely, no problems. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend others to do so.

Good stuff: The proportions of the room were good, and the bathroom had all the extra amenities available for usage. The flat screen tv was an added bonus, as was the mini fridge.
Bad stuff: The gala dinner we went to on new year's eve was certainly not what we were expecting for £70 a head. I had to miss out on certain courses due to waiting my turn to go and collect my food, when I was expecting it to be silver served! This did not impress me to say the least. The buffet style dinner, with very poor music and seating arrangement was a negative point of our important evening. It was a shame as the staff were ever so helpfull and the room so nice.

Good stuff: very clean with modern amenities. The staff were vwry quick to sort out any concerns.
Bad stuff: The air conditioning did not work properly and when i stated this to the rception staff for future refernece she was quite rude with her reply. Other wise the rest of the staff were excellent.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: When i booked this hotel i thought i was booking 2 night stay with breakfast. When i arrived at the hotel they stated that it was for room only...this is the only real complaint that i have the service for checking in was excellent...it was an easy hotel to find and near the main attractions. I would definiately go back to the hotel but would book my stay with another agency.
