Overall: The only thing that I would change about my experience at the hotel was the quality of food. The breakfast buffet was appalling. The pub food was averagely better. Improve the food and it will be a winner!

Good stuff: The hotel is very convenient for Earl's Court (concerts) and is efficient and clean.

Bad stuff: The check in procedure could be improved and in our room the air con unit was not yet working - the windows did open.

Overall: Good value for money.

Bad stuff: Addition of biscuits with tea making facilities in bedroom, hand towels would be good - only bath towels provided. And insufficient wash/shampoo for 2 people.

Good stuff: location and veiw

Bad stuff: quality of beds- it is the most important part of a business stay and all hotels of your type have uncomfortable beds, because they have cheap pillows and mattresses.

Overall: i would only reccomend this hotel because of location to earls court.

Good stuff: Very clean, comfortable, convenient, and the staff were remarkably helpful and friendly.

Bad stuff: the quality of the food served in the restaurant could be better. And a wider choice for vegetarians would be helpful.

Overall: Book in process seemed random and we were to come back in 30 mins if we wanted non-smoking. When we returned, this was still not possible so this had wasted some of our time. Desk were very civil though.
