An international understanding of what the guests need are very well catered for. This family have a successful history in the hotel industry living and working in the United States, Europe and Switzerland. All en-suite rooms have been decorated in a true international style offering comfort and a home from home feel. Rooms include complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar, direct dial phone, colour TV and sitting area. Breakfast is included and there is also a restaurant offering evening meals with a delightful international menu.

Cancellation Policy

Good stuff: The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean, orderly and well managed

Bad stuff: The building was showing its age and fixtures in my room like the shower head and double glazing were broken

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: For a short business stay or a short leisure trip on a budget the hotel was good. Not expensive for London and situated in a very good area. For a longer trip then the small things like broken fixtures in the room could put people off. However the staff were very warm and welcoming and I have no real complaints for the price.
