Good stuff: The room was too small and I paid too much. I stayed in Cardiff in a 4 star hotel and I payed just 368 for 4 nights!

Bad stuff: Old hotel, small room and noisy area

Overall: Poor stay

Good stuff: Nice location close to transport. Friendly staff, good breakfast

Bad stuff: Information from the hotel that hot water was only available in the morning would have been nice.

Overall: Value for money is fairly ok in this hotel. So if you would rather spend money on eating/shopping etc this hotel is a possibility of getting a good location for a reasonable price.

Good stuff: dESK STAFF HELPFUL - ROOM NOT BEST SITUATED - IN BASENENT

Overall: Our stay was quite comfortable,but i think some of the beds and furniture could be updated,this hotel is very close to transport connections.

Good stuff: First room was horrible. No window, fan, AC. I was moved to a better room.

Bad stuff: Staff was friendly when changing me to an acceptable room.

Overall: I did not think the room would be luxurious, but neither did I think I'd be in a basement room without a window, fan, AC, or working TV. The staff did change my room when I told them it would be impossible for me to stay and that I would have to find another hotel. I would recommend this hotel, but only if I could ensure that I would not be in a similiar room. The location is great, an easy walk from Paddington Station and there are shops, restaurants, and an internet cafe in the neighborhood.

Good stuff: The hotel is situated near to main attractions and underground station.

Bad stuff: Bathroom to small. Window couldn't close. Radiator was to warm and not adjustable. No change of bed linen.

Good stuff: Friendly staff, very nice breakfast, excellent location to London and the Notting Hill Carnival.

Bad stuff: Room was tiny! The bathroom was the size of a phone box!!

Overall: Apart form the size of the room, which was the smallest ensuite room i've ever seen! - we both had a very pleasant stay in london - the hotel was in an excellent location for the london sights.
