Good stuff: cheap, good value, get what you pay for.

Bad stuff: At the price, not a lot. Want more, pay more.

Good stuff: Nice clean room with good facilities.

Bad stuff: Provision of a fan to rooms in summer months.

Overall: Our room was well presented with an en-suite toilet and shower room, a television, a small fridge, towel provision and plenty of cupboard space. Breakfast was also good.

Good stuff: close to Underground station

Good stuff: nothing i was supposed to be there for 3 nights and checked out after one. i onlt got refunded for one of the two nights that i did NOT stay as the cancellation was less than 48 hours inadvance - i would like to know how i was to cancel in advance after i got there - it was return of faulty goods not cancelation!!

Bad stuff: very unprofessional staff at book in - took 40 minutes. was expected to change rooms after first night of a 3 night stay. room was not clean. got bitten in the night several times. could not sit on the loo, the basing was in the way shower was more like a bath as it ran straight in to room - needed a towel on the floor to block the flood. no tv reception unable to lock room from inside shall i go on?

Bad stuff: tv and light didnt work

Overall: not very new appliances, sheets, covers etc

Good stuff: comfortable bed

Bad stuff: very small bedroom. very small window. small refrigerator. noise of underground.no bathroom in bedroom.

Overall: i would like to know the size of the bedroom because i was surprised of this very small bedroom. i would like to know if there's an elevator because i had to go upstairs to go at my bedroom wich was at the fourth stage. I'm deceived by the very small breakfast room where there was always so much people.

Good stuff: near to underground and air bus service

Bad stuff: One could not lock the door from the room from inside.

Overall: In general it was o.k.

Good stuff: It's close to the victoria station, so you can reach your destination real quick!

Bad stuff: So funny it sounds: Its to close to the train station so you can hear the trains all night/day long running trough the tracks!

Overall: The breakfast is good. You should ask for a room which is not direct under some stairs and ask for a room wich is close to the street and not at the backside near the train station!
