A short distance from us is the famous Notting Hill market on Portabello Road - lovely shops and stalls and you are bound to find a bargain! Afterward why not venture in to Hyde Park, view the grand Kensington Palace and gardens and continue on to the lake area and Serpentine Gallery. Up to Marble Arch and then you are on Oxford Street - convenient for that shopping list you had on you all along..........Regent Street, Piccadilly, Bond Street, Saville Row, Jermyn Street and Piccadilly Craft Market - go on you can do this in one day.......maybe not - take your time and know that you have a lovely home from home to base yourself.
