This is a super value hotel in a super location. There is Borough tube station moments away and we are surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Finding a better location at these low prices is going to be a challenge. Previous guests have rated the rooms here very well. When you also consider how low the room prices are here, that has got to get the value for money alarm bells ringing.

Rooms are of a reasonable size for the price. They are well maintained and kept clean. The decor is simple but pleasing, as are furnishings. We want you to enjoy yourself here and come back. So we go out of our way to make sure you are as comfortable as we can make you.

Handy convivial staff are always available for you. They are always willing to help you and if you want to know where to go for a good meal, just ask.

This really is one of the best places location wise you could want. For a start we are really easy to find. Borough tube stop on the Northern Line is literally 100 feet away from us. From here Kings Cross (6 stops), Leicester Square (10 stops), Tottenham Court Road (11 stops), Euston (14 stops) and Camden Town (16 stops) are all just minutes away.

However you don't have to travel that far to have a good days shopping. There are a good number of shops on the Borough High Street a short walk up the road. Also if you are locking for something to eat you will find the same deal here. Just a few minutes walk South and you are surrounded by cafes and eateries. From a quick sandwich or fried chicken to a pizza or great meal with a bottle of wine, you will find it all close by.

Good stuff: Clean and offered adequate facilities. Extremely good value for location.

Bad stuff: Room was a bit small.

Overall: Having struggled to find an available hotel in the area for less than �150 per night I was surprised to find this one at �53 per night for a single room. I had a bit of a concern about what the quality of hotel so much cheaper than the rest. However I needn't have worried. If all you need from a hotel is a place to sleep then this offers excellent value - and the cafe downstairs does good breakfasts!
