Good stuff: very good location, small hotel, nice family rooms (4 beds), breakfast simple, but OK, new bathroom...
Bad stuff: breakfast room is really to small, on Saturday and Sunday when the hotel is full, you need to wait for a table. First night in our room the heating didn't work, so after 2 hours they put electrical heating in the room for that night. The next morning they give us a new room, which was fully renovated and nice.
Overall: this hotel is optimal for people, who need the room just for a few nights. Near the hotel are a lot of restaurants and shops, so you have everything arround the corner, also a tube station. Most of the rooms are very basic, but clean and you have everything there what you need for a couple of days (nights) to visit London.

Good stuff: hotel was clean, bathroom large enough, there was a lift, close to Earls Court
Bad stuff: earlier breakfast since we had to leave at 7:15 to catch our flight. Offer wi-fi.
Overall: It was a good value and I liked the proximity to Earls' Court. Not a fancy hotel, but certainly decent. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The TV did not work very well....some kind of odd static occurred after 30 minutes of watching it...... but I did not care much so I did not bother to ask staff about it; they probably could have fixed it. The configuration of 2 beds was a bit too much for the room; they should have removed the single bed and then the double bed could have been turned in another direction. It was hard to get by the beds (at about one foot from wall at foot of bed) in this configuration (Room 6). But if you had a child with you the extra bed would have been quite useful.

Good stuff: Good central location in Earls Court, very near the train station.
Overall: Next time I would ask for a floor that the lift goes to, rather than lug heavy suitcases up stairs.

Good stuff: good double room with the bath in 2nd flor, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, internet access in the nice lobby, good price.
Bad stuff: small breakfast room, during the weekend you shoud come there better at 7h30, after 8h you couldn't find a free table there.
Overall: a very friendly hotel in a nice area, good position near Earls Court station. Our trip to London was very pleasant in this hotel. I'm sure we will come again :)
