We are centrally located close to Victoria with a host of options available to you. We provide comfort and a touch of class to your stay and pride ourselves on being attentive and sensitive to your needs. All our en-suite rooms have been decorated with fresh and pastel shades and are fully equipped with hairdryer, fridge, colour TV, ironing facilities, in-room safe, radio/alarm and wake up calls on request. Traditional Full English Breakfast is included ready to set you up for the day.

Great location if you are wishing to make the most of close by attractions such as Westminster Abbey which cannot be missed, the Houses of Parliament and the delightful St James Park and Buckingham Palace. Up to Green Park and then across to Piccadilly and you are in the shoppers dreamland with easy access to Regent Street and Oxford Street. Take a walk over the river and enjoy the London Eye, London Aquarium and when you have exhausted yourself with that, walk along a little further and have a lunch with a view at the OXO Tower. Theatres, art galleries and museums are in abundance.

After a busy day, be sure you are coming back to a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Good stuff: Size of both room and bathroom reasonable

Bad stuff: Windy stairs no offer of assistance. Reception staff poor English. Safe not working. When the door opened we were greated by a smell of mold which never abated. Room was definately never vacuumed in the time we were there.Breakfast was I think cooked at 6am served at 7.30am, the tea bags flew through the water. Quite funny really as my friend drinks what we all call dish water and she even thought the tea was weak.Generally grubby, which surprised by as I thought the owners may have been German and they are generally so clean and precise.

Overall: Considering the cost, absolutely appauling and we will certain never stay or recommend to anyone.I had thought of cancelling when I read other reviews on trip advisor but considering I booked over 6 months in advance and they were still going to charge me a third for cancellation I risked it. A very big mistake and I think we deserve a 1/3 refund as we had to carry all valueables as we were never even advised of the safe being fixed.My friends daughter rang from Australian and was not put through. She left a message and that was never given. Can I say more a disaster.

Overall: The check in was fast and simple. We were shown to our room which was unfortunatley on the top floor and the hotel does not have a lift so it was 5 flights of stiars. The room was very comfortable and clean. The shower and toilet facilities were excellent. The breakfast in the morning was provided quickyl and the quality was good. I would stay here again.

Overall: OK but the breakfast was tiny and I had to leave at 6.30am no breakfast reception wasn't even open
