Good stuff: Once upgraded to executive room i liked the space as it was far superior to a standard room.

Bad stuff: The lifts were very slow

Overall: The website only offered standard rooms and on arrival I found them small and clostrophobic but after changing to an executive room (which the staff were very helpful with) I was very happy with the accomodation. Room service and the restaurant staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times.

Overall: I like the Millenium and have stayed there a number of times previously - some of the decor is beginning to look worn and shabby though and takes the edge off the quality feel of the place
