Our newly refurbished guest house offers fantastic value for money and first rate accommodation. We have 27 guest rooms, all very comfortable and generously equipped. Local public transport allows you easy access to the city centre and beyond and the friendly atmosphere we create means we are ideal for all visitors to this glamorous city.

Beautifully refurbished to the highest standards, this wonderful hotel offers elegant accommodation in a fantastic location at a very reasonable price. Our hotel is lavishly furnished and each of the 27 magnificent rooms is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. All of our guest rooms are equipped with an impressive list of fixtures, including a telephone, television and radio, an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower, a fully stocked mini bar, a hairdryer as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Our staff are trained to provide service of the highest standard, always friendly and courteous and ensuring your time here is as pleasant and enjoyable as you could wish for.

Paddington station is within walking distance of the hotel, providing fast and convenient travel to Heathrow airport as well as the city centre and all of the most famous and interesting attractions London has to offer. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, you will find that most of the city's facilities and tourist attractions are close by. The shopping area's of Knightsbridge and Oxford Street are close by and house all of the best stores featuring the most exclusive of designer goods. The West End is home to some of the most wonderful theatres and shows, whilst there are trendy clubs, bars, night-spots and restaurants galore.

Good stuff: The hotel is cheap, quiet and centrally located

Bad stuff: The room smelled musty (with windows open)and the bed was uncomfortable (springs sticking in your back).

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: My understanding of an en-suite includes a toilet. This room had a shower, with a broken but useable door, and a sink. The toilet was down the hall. The top cover of the bed was dirty, the carpet was dirty and the tv didn't work. Overall, the room served it's purpose and we were able to sleep and shower. We had low expectations and got what we paid for. The staff was friendly and courteous and the breakfast was adequate (cereal, toast, juice, tea/coffee)

Good stuff: Pretty good location.

Bad stuff: First room was big but was very shoddy - dirty walls, etc.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The picture on the web showed large-ish renovated room. Arrived and was given large unrenovated room - dirty carpets and walls, very old television. Changed to renovated room which was tiny - just enough room for a bed. I would not have stayed in this hotel if I had known the rooms I was going to get. I was looking for a clean, average size room. I got neither. Generally the place seemed as if there was no care taken of the hotel - even the renovated rooms were very poorly finished. I wont be staying again.
