Cancellation Policy

Good stuff: Hotel was very basic but was fairly clean. Not very friendly - begrudingly helpful when pressed. I felt secure enough with the security key system.

Bad stuff: No kettle in the rooms so no access to a hot drink. One just assumes there will be a kettle. Had to go down to the basement to use the iron.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I understand that this hotel is in a good location for London but I feel a bit more of a friendly atmosphere would help. I was away on my own on business and I felt a bit uncomfortable and unwelcome. As an arthritis sufferer, I struggled with the steep stairs (although there is some access via lift) especially to breakfast which is in the basement.
