We are rather conveniently close to Marble Arch - the gateway to so many of London's delights. Situated on a quiet street, providing you with an oasis of calm and a relaxed environment.
Step out of our delightful and classic establishment and step in to the world of Hyde Park - Serpentine Lake, Gallery and a lovely restaurant where you can watch the world go by. Other activities in the park include horse riding and roller blading. Over on the far side are gates leading to Knightsbridge - home of the famous Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Leave the Park on the south side and you are faced with the ancient Royal Albert Hall - home of so many memorable occasions. Take a daytime tour and enjoy lunch there and remember to visit the museums behind - Science, Natural History and the Victoria and Albert.
From Marble Arch you can easily access Oxford Street and the heartland of shopping or walk down Park Lane and visit Hard Rock Cafe and view Buckingham Palace.
Whatever your chosen pastime you are sure to return to a relaxed atmosphere.

Reviews from customers who have stayed with us
Rating out of 5: 1.71 Unique ID(1910880) Guests Name: Miriam Guest was traveling as: Same sex couple
Good stuff: close to centre of London
Bad stuff: no lift
cream and milk were both out of date by 6 weeks
The light over the mirror in the bathroom and the hair dryer did not work, the window sash was broken
no extraction fan in the bathroom
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Further to our trip to London this weekend I would like to point out that you probably do not meet the Health and Safety Requirements.
We had room 12 on the third floor and we were not informed there was no lift and also no help with our cases ? I have a pacemaker and this caused me great difficulty.
When we got to our room we tried to make a coffee and the cream and milk they were both out of date by 6 weeks ? please check this as coming down 3 floors again was a real difficulty. We were told this would be replaced and when we returned to our room on Saturday evening the milk, cream and coffee had not been replenished ? I left a message on the answer phone as I was furious.
The light over the mirror in the bathroom did not work, the hair dryer did not work, the window sash was broken and we had to prop it open with the stand for the cases. There is no extraction fan in the bathroom which I think you will find is required as there is no window.
Now I know we did not pay a fortune for the room at £71.70 per night but felt that we had been treated very shoddily.
I would like to add though that the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast and the ladies serving it were lovely.
