Perfectly placed close to Baker Street and dangerously close to the main shopping area in the West End makes this a great base whilst visiting London. Family run bed and breakfast with a warm and friendly atmosphere and experience on how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Wake up, breakfast and then take that early morning stroll over in Regents Park, browse around the boating lake and breath in the air before deciding on what adventures this amazing town has in store for you.

If you are with the family then you are in the best position for visiting the Zoo, Madame Tussauds and the Planetarium - fabulous for all ages. Of course you know that you're going to get dragged to Hamley's Toy Store on Regent Street so whilst you're in that area why doesn't Mum pop along to Oxford Street, Piccadilly and meet you all at Fortnum and Mason for afternoon tea - jam and cream - yum! Stock up on some of the finer goodies in life and then head back to base to revive and refresh.

If you are on a romantic break then head for theatreland, take in a show or enjoy an intimate dinner in a bistro or any number of international restaurants on offer.

Amazing sights to see in London include Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and as if the children haven't had enough fun - come on - do the London Eye ride - see it all from the best and most exciting vantage point of all!

Overall: The hotel is being rebuilt. The reception across the street. The fire alarm is OK. It was on five(5) times in one evenig. If this is the only hotel available when I am visiting London next time, I will stay at home.

Good stuff: friendly owners. Clean sheets

Overall: Good venue. Bar in hotel not open - I had specifically chosen a hotel with a bar to meet my friends. The whole hotel needs updating.

Guests Name: Jeannette  Guest was travelling as: Family with young children
Good stuff: The location is excellent for travelling around London
Bad stuff: The room was very hot. One of the beds was rather uncomfortable and in need of a new mattress. No plugs in the bathroom
Overall: As we only required the room for sleeping in. The accomodation was adequate. The breakfast was rather sparse even for continental but there was a facility to order more at a reasonable cost.
