Cancellation Policy

Bad stuff: street too noisey. could hear all the traffic. and although i am a smoker there was an awful smell of cigarettes in the room

Good stuff: Nice spacious room with the appropriate facilities.

Bad stuff: It was quite hard to sleep with the traffic/roadworks outside.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: It was overall a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and were able to effectively change our room to a smoking one without any hesitation. The traffic and roadworks outside were a bit of a nuisance, however I understood that we were in the town centre so this was inevitable really. We were in a good area close to restaurants and pubs so that was very convenient. Overnight parking was originally £25 for 24 hours, but luckilly they have a discount and it was reduced to under £15, which proved helpful.
