Perfectly placed on Sussex Gardens with easy access to Lancaster Gate tube and Paddington Station and just 15 minutes to Heathrow by express train. Good location for the shopper, theatre goer, sightseers and those simply wishing to enjoy a break away.

We offer a high standard of comfort with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring you have a pleasant stay with us in London. All our ensuite rooms are decorated in gentle calming colours and are equipped with TV, phone, tea and coffee maker, hairdryer and trouser press. Breakfast is served in our dining room.

A few minutes walk you will find yourself in Hyde Park where you can enjoy a morning stroll, take a peek at the Gallery, watch the boats on the lake (or hire one yourself if you fancy it), let the children run around and then enjoy a coffee in the cafe. Kensington Palace sits regally at the far end and on the south side you will find Knightsbridge with the amazing Royal Albert Hall - take a daytime tour and also visit the museums behind it if you enjoy science and natural history. Harrods and Harvey Nichols are a little further along or why not explore the West End - Regent Street, Oxford Street and Piccadilly. In to Green Park and through the other side you come to Buckingham Palace and Westminster.

Lots to do and see and not forgetting a trip to Shaftesbury Avenue to take in a show.

Good stuff: friendly staff

Bad stuff: small bathroom, eggs on only one day

Good stuff: Very conviently located to both the bus stop and paddington train station. Room was clean and though it was not spacious, was great for the price of the room. Sometime you can hear traffic at night.

Bad stuff: Breakfast was stated to run until 9:30 for english breakfast, however when we ordered at 9:10, we were told it was too late to order. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have arrived earlier. Also, beds were worn and not very comfortable.

Overall: The rooms were clean and location was conviently located to the tube and restaurants. Considering the price of our stay, this was good value. The service at the front desk was excellent with informative staff providing useful information for tourists and they were always courtious.
