We offer a high standard of comfort with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring you have a pleasant stay with us in London. All our ensuite rooms are decorated in gentle calming colours and are equipped with TV, phone, tea and coffee maker, hairdryer and trouser press. Breakfast is served in our dining room.

A few minutes walk you will find yourself in Hyde Park where you can enjoy a morning stroll, take a peek at the Gallery, watch the boats on the lake (or hire one yourself if you fancy it), let the children run around and then enjoy a coffee in the cafe. Kensington Palace sits regally at the far end and on the south side you will find Knightsbridge with the amazing Royal Albert Hall - take a daytime tour and also visit the museums behind it if you enjoy science and natural history. Harrods and Harvey Nichols are a little further along or why not explore the West End - Regent Street, Oxford Street and Piccadilly. In to Green Park and through the other side you come to Buckingham Palace and Westminster.

Lots to do and see and not forgetting a trip to Shaftesbury Avenue to take in a show.

At the end of the day relax in your quiet, calm room and prepare for your evening meal.

Good stuff: Hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was ideally situated for visiting Hyde Park, Marple Arch and the tube station for travelling to other areas.

Bad stuff: The bathroom facilities were very small and cramped. Although the room itself was clean and the shower was good, it would be awkward to use the toilet if you were tall (6 foot) as the rooom was so small.

Overall: Enjoyed our stay very much and enjoyed the Firework display on New Years Eve.

Bad stuff: shower frame in poor

Overall: Grand. I don't like your form referring to Christian name - even those of us from the Christian tradition would perfer the term personal name.
