Good stuff: The rooms are always clean and I always feel safe, welcome and at home in this hotel.

Bad stuff: The check-in process is sometimes a little lengthy. I think this may be down to not all the staff being fully conversant with the processes used. This time I didn't receive the complementary morning paper (this is rather a rather unusual occurance) - luckily I wouldn't have had time to read it anyway.

Overall: It is always a pleasure to stay at the Radisson Edwardian Grafton Hotel on Tottenham Court Road. The hotel's rooms are always superb, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is marvelous for both shopping and cultural visits with Oxford Street, the British Museum and SOHO only a short walk away. This is my favourite hotel in London and would recommend it to anyone.

Good stuff: clean rooms, and general surroundings. helpful staff and good breakfast. Well appointed hotel

Overall: Enjoyed stay oeverall, a busy but efficient hotel well located for the West End and theatre.
