Good stuff: Cleanliness; efficiency of staff; good breakfast; all essentials in room. good soundproofing - very quiet inside.

Bad stuff: Couldn't get water to run out of wash basin! Had to use shower for everything.

Overall: Good. My daughter paid, as a present; so I can't comment on value for money.

Good stuff: Excellent customer service overrall and felt well looked after

Bad stuff: - inadequate air conditioning during a night when temperatures were over 30 degrees made the room very uncomfortable - no side lamps in bed room meant that me reading with full lights on whilst 7 year old son tried to get to sleep

Overall: Overrall good but side lamps and better air con would have made the visit better

Good stuff: Cleanliness, Facilaties, Location.

Bad stuff: We were locked out of our rooms at 12am for 20 minutes because of information not tranfered over via the computer system by a member of staff.

Overall: If we hadn't been locked out of our rooms things would have been very good, but that incident did upset me.
