Centrally located close to Shepherds Bush tube and Kensington Olympia tube and just a short walk to Earls Court Exhibition Centres. We are a small group of friendly bed and breakfasts situated along Shepherds Bush Road, offering good value for money accommodation and a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day.

Our friendly and helpful team of staff are here to make sure you have a pleasant and relaxing stay with us. From booking that taxi to your favourite West End show, to serving you an amazing hearty full English Breakfast with a smile. All our rooms are en-suite and include a colour TV, non-smoking rooms on request and windows that open so you can capture that gentle evening breeze.

Once you have breakfasted you have a wonderful choice of activities with the Exhibition Centres close by at Earls Court and being in Kensington puts you in close proximity to Kensington Palace and gardens and the beautiful expanse of Hyde Park. Once in Hyde Park there are a number of choices to be made - enjoy the lake, gallery and restaurant there or venture to the south side and take a daytime tour of the Royal Albert Hall with the Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert Museums behind. Further up you find yourself in Knightsbridge with the famous Harrods Store and Harvey Nichols. Once you get to Hyde Park Corner you are on the edge of Green Park and Piccadilly - home of the Ritz - nice afternoon tea treat and the truly English and traditional store of Fortnum and Mason.

Whatever your choices you are very well placed in a comfortable and inexpensive establishment at the Royal.

Good stuff: clean and well located near the shepherds bush empire which was the purpose of our visit

Bad stuff: very small = probably no need for the fridge which took up half the room!

Overall: decent enough hotel - clean room and good breakfast - although i dont think we actually stayed at the royal ??!! got sent to euro hotel and then ended up in a house next door?

Good stuff: The B&B was inexepenise, the place was clean and I liked the location which is fairly close to three or four different underground lines.

Bad stuff: The B&B was a little loud in the morning, although it didn't help that my room was located on the main level right next to the kitchen.

Good stuff: The accommodation was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly.

Bad stuff: I do not watch much television and to have one on at top volume next to the breakfast table was a little irksome.

Overall: This hotel was clean, friendly and easy to find. It was just what I wanted for a night in London.

Good stuff: Clean and tidy, easy check in, seemingly good service.....until breakfast !!!

Bad stuff: We were told as a group of 12 that we could have breakfast after everyone else at 9:30am, when we came down at 9:15 they were packing up and told us it had finished and we had missed it. We were not happy and we each gained a £4 refund for breakfast !

Overall: Need to communicate between staff so they know what is happeneing !!
