Good stuff: It was very clean, pleasant decor, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Bad stuff: The car park was tiny.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Overall my one night stay was very pleasant. I was very impressed with the standard of cleanliness. The room, although small, was comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was lovely. My only worry if I were to return would be the size of the car park. I arrived at around 6 pm and I think I was the last person to be able to park that evening. If the car park had been full I don't know where I could have left my car as the roads all seemed to have yellow lines. Apart from that I was very satisfied with the hotel and the standard of service.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: This hotel is ideally located in london it is only 20 minutes from Heathrow and the city centre. Take the tube as its alot easier as a Taxi costs you about £40.00.For the Tube take the Picaddilly line (Blue) from Terminals 1,2,3 to Hammersmith and change there to take the District line (Green) to Richmond. Get off there and head for the Bridge and turn right when you exit the Bridge. The hotel should be on your left hand side.
