Good stuff: Although most hotel rooms in the UK are much smaller than we experience n the US we found our room to be more than adequate and very comfortable. Having in room coffee was a big plus for us (though we could have used an additional serving) and although we faced Baker street the room was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and courteuous.

Bad stuff: Get your online TV billing and information system working. We had some trouble getting checked in (it was very busy and we waited several hours. As we had been in transit for a long time, and it was very hot on our arrival day, this was a difficulty for us.

Overall: Having the Baker Street Underground so close was an outstanding bonus that we were pleased to learn about.
