Good stuff: location

Bad stuff: I was disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel It is in a fantastic location, however the peeling wallpaper just makes my heart sink.I found it difficult to understand the hotel staff - I would have to repeat myself on several occasions..

Overall: Fab location but a rough around the edges.

Bad stuff: staff did not give important morning wake up call, which in return made us extremely late for plane journey that day..... terribly unsatisfied.

Overall: the booking staff lacked enthusiasm, it was almost like it was a hassel for them to book us in. How hard is it to put a smile on there faces. when we informed the staff that they didnt give us a wake up call there was no reaction or even a simple sorry. Being in the hotel industry my partner and i know what to expect your establishment dissapointed us greatly. in or past experience with work if we make a mistake we do everything in our power to make sure the customer is not overly effected and satissfied when leaving...

Good stuff: Fantastic location.

Bad stuff: Room very small.

Overall: Great for access to King's Road and Knightsbridge.
