We pride ourselves on giving a warm welcome and sincere service and ensuring your stay is pleasant and comfortable. We are very close to some rather lovely sights including the beautiful Hyde Park and Kensington Palace where you can wander the grounds and hire a boat on Lake Serpentine, visit the Gallery or simply walk across to the Royal Albert Hall for a daytime tour and some lunch. If you have the family with you why not walk along to the Toy and Model museum close to us and then perhaps venture across to Covent Garden to watch the street entertainers, have some ice cream and browse the stalls in Jubilee Market. If you love the theatre then get dressed up, dine in one of the many restaurants offering pre-theatre offers and then watch your favourite show.

Shoppers - you are just a stones throw from Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly and a whole host of goodies on offer - making time of course for afternoon tea in Fortnum and Mason.

Good stuff: Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Location is excellent.Breakfast lovely

Bad stuff: Not really a bad point but curtains in room need hanging properly-this would make the room look tidier and also there was a couple of cracks that could do with looking at.

Overall: Overall this is a good hotel. The rooms just need tidying up

Good stuff: Nice and quiet surroundings and at the same time very close to the Tube and walking distance to Oxford Street. Nice and clean room

Bad stuff: More variety in the cold part of breakfast. More welcoming receptionist.
