Cancellation Policy

Bad stuff: We had a ground floor room which we found very noisy

Good stuff: The location of the hotel was brilliant! Everything we needed was in walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was beautiful!

Bad stuff: I dont think there was any area of our stay we didn't like. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant which helped greatly.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The location and the hotel itself was brilliant. When I booked the hotel, the website told me everything I needed to know about it. We were able to find the hotel very easy because of the directions we were given. We would stay there again!
