Good stuff: Great location is the best advantage of this hotel. The tube station, supermarket and restaurant sourrand the hotel. And the breakfast is excellent.
Bad stuff: Some equipment need improved such as the condition of TV is not very good.
Overall: When I booked my hotel, I read other people's feedbacks. My experience proved the people's recommondation is true. The breakfast is rich. The size and equipment of room is good. Especially, the price is worthy.

Good stuff: Perfect location for my needs; access to the tube station, and the event I was attending was in walking distance. Staff was very nice and the linens changed daily.
Bad stuff: Nothing to really complain about.
Overall: The single room was ...a single room. I came and went as I pleased, and that's really
the bottom line on my trips. I checked in and stayed for 6 nights and had a great visit!
Again, the price and location were key issues that, lead to the choice of The Stuart.

Good stuff: How clean was the room and the service attitude of the staff
Bad stuff: The bathroom facilities can be improved with minor adjustments such as: Proper hot water and the high of the washstand
Overall: Based on the price paid the experience at the hotel was good. I found very nice staff willing to help.
In addition, location is perfect the access to the underground is very convenient.

Guests Name: Eleanor Guest was travelling as: Group of work colleagues
Good stuff: the hotel was warm, friendly, breakfast was good, near the tube station and central to my requirements (beside the V.and A.)
Bad stuff: There was a smell of smoke on the corridors although it was not in my room (but thats just me, I don't like cigarette smoke.)
Overall: I thought the hotel was great, all that was required was a room for the night and I was really surprised that it was so central. This was not mentioned on the internet so perhaps you could add in a few details like its only a 5 minute walk from the V.&A. or other museums etc. Besides that the hotel was perfectly adequate and reasonably priced, and the staff were very helpful and polite.

Guests Name: Ivor Guest was travelling as: Solo business traveller
Good stuff: cheap, well lit, freephone calls are free from the phone in the room
Bad stuff: TV reception is poor
Overall: the stuart is very cheap and that is reflected in what you get - but it is excellent value - and has all you need, bed, tea/coffee/en-suite etc.
