Good stuff: The room was gorgeous, immaculate condition and very well kept.
Bad stuff: Staff were not as polite as they could have been.
Overall: We have no complaints as far as the rooms are concerned. The standard of the rooms are excellent, very spacious, very clean and well kept.
No real problems with staff although on checking-in they were not pro-active in welcoming us.
The only fault with this hotel is where it is situated. Tube travel is essential to find somewhere to have breakfast and dinner.
(would have stayed at the hotel for these but meals are very overpriced).
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, the concept of a yacht hotel is quite unique and we would certainly recommend it.

Good stuff: Rooms were Superb
Bad stuff: Restaurant was booked for a private function - meaning we could not make use of it had to eat elsewhere
Overall: For a special occassion would reccommend the hotel. Not a great deal to do off the boat but easy access to DLR rail service giving you ample of oppotunity to travel into town and see the sights

Good stuff: The room was the only enjoyable part.
Bad stuff: The room service menu was very poor and limiting, especially for vegetarians. The fact that the restaurant was closed to people who didn't want the Valentines meal was annoying, and the sauna was closed as well.
Overall: On arrival we were put on the second floor over the car park which was not very nice at all, but the staff were very accomodating and moved us to a nicer room over looking the water. The food menu was very poor - as a vegetarian my choice was very limited and the choice I did have ended up being horrible, as was my boyfriends. On our visit the restaurant was closed to those who didn't want a Valentines day meal, and we weren't able to use the sauna either cos that was closed too, and the other sauna was only available those in Royal Suits! We were not impressed!
