A warm welcome awaits all our guests as you arrive and allow yourself to get settled in to well appointed and homely ensuite rooms. Our staff will take great care of you and you will find a relaxed and family appeal here.

All our ensuite rooms are tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all that you will require for an easy going stay with us - tea tray, TV, clean comfortable beds and private bathrooms for your total convenience. We have a daily maid service so no shortage of fluffy towels and all the comforts of home. With kitchen facilities on each floor you can make your own breakfast or lunch if you like and enjoy our beautiful private gardens as you sit out in the summer time and enjoy a cool drink, do some reading, a spot of work or simply relax with friends.

Be sure to visit the Portabello Road Market close by - its filled with characters, colours and all kinds of treasures and has a wonderful vibe. Sit in one of the charming tea rooms and enjoy a lunch-time refresher and simply watch life pass you by.

Head in to the West End for some more exclusive shopping - just 10 minutes on the tube.

Good stuff: excellent value for money; location
Overall: The room was nice and quiet. The service was excellent - each day new shower gel/shampoo; excellent value for money (we had a quad room - just GBP 26 per person per night in such a location). Would and maybe will book it again.

Bad stuff: elevator did not work (had to walk to 4th floor with luggage). Tiny room.
