Good stuff: hotel staffs polite and helpful.
Bad stuff: room and shower room too small. poor faclity at the shower room. no place to
hold shampoo and bath gel or soap. carpet was not clean - very dusty.
Overall: overall if the room facility/cleanliness is improve, we feel it is a good hotel to stay again and will also recommend friends to stay too.

Good stuff: The staff at the hotel were efficient and friendly. We liked the helpful tips that we were given about the local history and attractions. We were able to purchase tickets for our tours from our hotel.
Bad stuff: Our room was keep on good order but it was apparent that the it was not vacuum out property along the edges of the room and behind the beds. My husband has allergies and careful removal of dust is very important to us.
Overall: I would liked to have known that our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Overall we were pleased with our accomodations and got value for our monies.

Good stuff: We really enjoyed the staff. The front desk personnel were very kind and showed interest in our stay.
Bad stuff: The stairway areas were hard to move through with and without luggage because of the mattresses and furniture out in the larger parts of the strarecase.
Overall: The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit small. As tourists, this location was prime for us. It had that London setting we were hoping for-away from the crowds, but within a 5-10 minute walking distance of a Tube station and London tourist attractions/sites. More than anything, the Front Desk staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Overall: Good things:
The hotel is well situated in he center of London. The staff was friendly and always ready to help if needed.
Disappointments:
The room was very small. The bathroom was even smaller. A big tile was missing in the shower and the wall underneath didn't look too clean and certainly not appealing. There was no bed side light and the only light switch of the room was behind a door, so you had to turn off the light, open a door in the dark, find you bed in the dark and try not to stumble over any luggage or clothing, lying on the ground (because there wasn't any chair and only a very limited number of coat hangers).

Bad stuff: The room was not cleaned when I arrived at midday. When I returned in the evening there was used underwear left in the room.
Overall: Adequate cheap hotel. For a bargain price I was given a double room and the bathroom was a good size. The power point to the kettle and TV was broken, perhaps dangerously so.
