Good stuff: Easy to get to,Pleasant Staff.Ideally located for easy access to main city, Park walks and eating out.
Bad stuff: No complimentry tea and coffee services in the room?
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: In general the hotel is great value for money, especially for a small family, being situated for easy access to the city and just a short walk across the park to Natural History, V&A and Science Museums and not forgeting the Royal Albert hall.Loads of eating out choices from pubs to restraunts and just a short taxi ride or tube journey to the main Train Staions.

Good stuff: Spotlessly clean beds, toilet, towels etc. Close to shopping areas, restaurants and mueseums.
Bad stuff: Very cramped en suite, breakfast very small,said that a fry is available but was not.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Friendly staff, helpful regarding directions etc. Good budget hotel, very clean, close to amenities. Room a bit cold (we went in Feb).

Good stuff: Staff were nice and helpful
Bad stuff: I found it extremely annoying that guests og the hotel guests were not allowed up to the rooms. Made one feel like one was staying in a youth hostel.

Bad stuff: the breakfast would have been better as a buffet, need a remote for the Telly

Good stuff: Close location to airport & trains.
Bad stuff: Lack of air conditioning, found the room was hot & air stuffy. The continental breakfast was very minimal, and could have been better served with more choice of menu. No choice of breakfast cereal, no fresh fruit and no breakfast pastries.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I found the hotel accomodations satisfactory overall. Rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel staff were professional and provided excellent service. The hotel location is great for travel connections to the airport, trains and subway system.
