Good stuff: Close location to airport & trains.

Bad stuff: Lack of air conditioning, found the room was hot & air stuffy. The continental breakfast was very minimal, and could have been better served with more choice of menu. No choice of breakfast cereal, no fresh fruit and no breakfast pastries.

Overall: I found the hotel accomodations satisfactory overall. Rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel staff were professional and provided excellent service. The hotel location is great for travel connections to the airport, trains and subway system.

Good stuff: Staff were nice and helpful

Bad stuff: I found it extremely annoying that guests og the hotel guests were not allowed up to the rooms. Made one feel like one was staying in a youth hostel.

Overall: Overall it was a nice clean environment. Staff were very nice.

Good stuff: Spotlessly clean beds, toilet, towels etc. Close to shopping areas, restaurants and mueseums.

Bad stuff: Very cramped en suite, breakfast very small,said that a fry is available but was not.

Overall: Friendly staff, helpful regarding directions etc. Good budget hotel, very clean, close to amenities. Room a bit cold (we went in Feb).
