Cancellation Policy

Good stuff: Very very clean accomodation, friendly service, very very central location.

Bad stuff: No elevator and with a lot of luggage this was difficult.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: We only stayed for 2 nights, but we found a lot of literature on the sights of London which was very helpful, we were given a map to the hotel and a map of the Underground system also very helpful. The room was pristine and the restaurant was very very good for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were very accomodating with regards to early breakfast. The only difficulty we had was that having large suitcases and no elevator made for quite a strenuous workout when having to carry it all to the top floor. Price was reasonable for London but quite expensive from a Canadian dollar perspective.
