Good stuff: Location and helpful staff
Overall: We were on a quick stop over in London, travelling home to San Francisco from Romania. Our two nights at your hotel were very pleasant. Your excellent location allowed us to see a lot of your wonderful city during our short stay. Your staff was informative and helpful in guiding us to public transportation and restaurants.

Bad stuff: Mistake over checking in to already occupied room
Overall: Although there was no on-site parking, there was a public car park within short walking distance which was very reasonably priced at the weekend. It would have been useful to have had directions to this prior to arriving at the hotel.
The reception area was pleasant. When we checked in, we were the only ones there which gave a very personal feel - it felt very exclusive!
The bedroom was nicely furnished and clean. It would have been nice to have had more than one serving of coffee available in the room. The bathroom did not have a bath, just a shower (which was very good), but if you're spending any time in London, you might need to be able to soak away your aches and pains!
The hotel offered to deliver to your room an exercise bike or stepper if you weren't able to get to the health suite. Whilst we didn't take advantage of this offer, it was a nice idea.
We would recommend the hotel and will certainly see if there are others within this chain when staying in alternative locations.
