We are an up to date establishment offering a variety of en-suite rooms which all include hairdryer, trouser press, TV, radio, phone, tea and coffee maker, internet access and a games console. The Hotel also has its own gym for use of its residents.

There is a shuttle bus service to and from the airport that runs every hour to all terminals.

We are situated opposite a park and there are a few local shops a short walk away. We do have a restaurant and bar where you can relax.

For those on a sight seeing visit, local attractions include Windsor Castle, Legoland, Thorpe Park and Eton College. A short distance away is Ascot Racecourse. Hayes train station gives direct access to Charing Cross and Cannon Street.

If you require on site parking this is complimentary for one night but chargeable thereafter. Great spot to stay, leave the car and fly off overseas.

Good stuff: Twin room - clean, spacious, comfortable beds.

Bad stuff: Twin room - decor tired (a warmer colour maybe?). Tea-making facilities were sparing with the milk. Trouser press was in two pieces. It was working, but I almost dropped the front section on my feet.

Overall: We were very grateful to the staff for not making an issue out of our oversleeping until mid-day. Unable to comment on breakfast due to the above. Good car parking facilities. We'll be back.

Good stuff: beds (mattresses) were excellent & comfortable. Snack in bar was very good. Great Breakfast also. Lounge area very comfortable and pleasant. shuttle bus to airport is a great service and invaluable. All staff (reception, bar and restaurant, very polite, helpful and pleasant.)

Bad stuff: bathroom floors & baseboards could be renewed. also, hallways leading to rooms could be renewed. it is understandable, however, that careless handling of luggage by travellers has marred the walls by scrapes, etc.

Overall: The Comfort Inn was a very welcome place to come to for our overnight stay before flight home. The beds were especially comfortable (after 3 weeks in European hotels & apartments, where some beds can be extremely hard, tough and very poor quality) The service, the restaurant, the bar and lounge areas were very pleasant. The shuttle bus service to the airport is excellent!
