Good stuff: Very clean accomodations.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Very clean and up to date hotel. Close to Heathrow. Good bus service. Excellant Buffet breakfast and dinner available.

Good stuff: Kids Play area FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Fantastic hotel with an excellent play area for my daughter to play in, spent 2 hours there which meant i got a good night sleep!! Pleasant, helpful staff at the hotel & the airport hoppa bus. Bus service was excellent however would have liked to have been more aware of this service signposting or on my booking receipt for example. I ended up getting a taxi on the way as i didnt know about the bus, the cabbie was very rude to me & kept muttering under his breath that hed been there 3 hours blah,blah even though he made ten pounds for a two minute trip!!!
